Startling Survey Results: Customers Don't PREFER Social Media For Customer Service

Customers Do NOT Prefer Social Media (Twitter, Facebook) To Traditional Contact Methods


This video explains why research suggests that customers prefer social media over conventional channels, and why that research is incorrect, because they've asked the wrong questions.

Our own results are presented, and I think, as a customer, you'll agree with our conclusions, but I'd like to hear from you about whether you prefer social media over, let's say, the phone, ALL THINGS BEING EQUAL.
